Welcome to the newsletter that wants to educate you about how to prepare your site for the future of AI search so that you don’t get left behind.
Even though Google is still king as far as search engines are concerned, we have seen AI engines like Chatgpt, Perplexity, Gemini, and others making tremendous leaps.
One could argue that Google is still king because AI is still fairly new.
Who knows how that will look like in the next 10 years?
For now, we know, for instance, that Chatgpt’s search usage was 0.25% in 2024, and is predicted to be at 1% market share by the end of 2025. That is 400% growth.
Soon it might be at 10% market share, then 20% and so on…
Good businesses leverage the present to prepare for the future.
At the beginning of May 2025, we will start a campaign that places our website - clickraven.com - on the course to prepare for that future.

What’s the plan?
If we would, we’d write a 3,000-word email here to explain every little step, but we know that would be overkill for your time.
So we’ll make it short and sweet about the steps we are going to take to get there.
Some things to note:
We are focused on the long-game - no funny shortcuts unless they’re golden without negative repercussions.
Our content generation will be helped by AI - our writers who are real humans will assist AI to add value like case studies, research, real life use cases, fact-checking, images, and cleaning up the AI content in 10+ other ways. We are calling this our human-assisted-AI content strategy.
A lot of these strategies are already blended into our SEO processes and should be for you too. There’s nothing groundbreakingly new. It is just a more optimized SEO process for AI search.
That said, he are our steps to get there:
a) Creating a logical content structure that AI search understands

Every content we create will need to undergo proper structuring.
We know AI cares about these things;
Frequently asked questions - we will use common AI prompts in every topic to guide this section
Bullet points - anything above 1 sentence is no longer a bullet point, it should be a paragraph with its own heading.
Detailed step-by-step guides and how-tos.
Tables, charts, and graphs with beautiful stats and numbers.
b) Building our authority and credibility through content
The SEO of the past says look at what’s ranking, then write a compilation of everything, or just write a longer article than all your top ten friends.
We think that SEO of the future says write authentic content, if only you have something valuable to add to the topic. The goal being, more value and less repetition of what is already ranking.
Utilizing content gaps, if we find them, will also be ideal.
In addition, we will want to push a lot of research-driven content.
This newsletter goes out to 30k readers and we will be sending a survey every once in a while for you to help us out to get more authentic responses.
c) Collaborating and partnering with other websites and channels in the industry
In short, good old link building through leveraging our partners and friends in other companies will be a good strategy to continue to showcase our authority and build on it.
We know that if you want to go far, use your networks and friends.
d) Following AI responses very closely
You need to be in the trenches to know what is happening and understand how to move forward.
We will be testing hundreds of prompts in every AI search engine to see what is happening with the responses.
We just don’t want to miss out on any improvements, updates or evolutions.
e) Measuring our AI search progress

There are tens of tools so far that we have seen popping up in the market claiming to measure visibility in AI search.
Previously, most people would just use Google Analytics because Google was the primary source of organic traffic for most websites.
It’s not the same today.
Now you need to measure how much traffic Google’s AI overviews is sending you, and do the same for Chatgpt search, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.
If you can’t measure, you can’t optimize because you don’t know what’s working and what isn’t.
That said, we don’t know what tool is the best for AI visibility monitoring and measuring.
We’ll be testing the tools in the market to find out what’s working.
Watch out for our updates on this journey in the coming months. We will be sharing what’s working, and what’s not.
Until next time, have a good one!
